The Penang High Court has ordered a marketing executive, Ng Siew Phei, to pay RM118,500 in damages to her former company, FP Stencil Sdn Bhd, for breaching her employment obligations. The court found that she deleted company data, misappropriated confidential information, and joined a direct competitor immediately after resigning.
