The court found that the company failed to provide sufficient evidence and ruled that the officer’s termination was unjust. As a result, the officer was awarded compensation for the unfair dismissal. The court emphasized that sexual harassment claims must be substantiated with clear and convincing proof before taking such disciplinary actions.
